What is HIV Testing & Counseling?

C.A.R.E. provides both anonymous and confidential HIV antibody testing, counseling, and referral services free of charge.

The HIV antibody test detects the presence of HIV antibodies in either blood or saliva. A positive HIV antibody test result means that the individual has been exposed to or infected with HIV.
