C.A.R.E. Will Get You There

The transportation services at C.A.R.E. are based on availability and are provided to those C.A.R.E. clients coming to appointments at the St. Mary Medical Center campus.  C.A.R.E. transportation personnel are volunteers and are available to provide their services on specific days of the week.

Individuals receiving Case Management, may have other transportation options available to them.  If you are enrolled in our Case Management program, please contact your Case Manager.
